Hello Blacktown Pistol Club Members,
The Annual General Meeting of Blacktown Pistol Club Limited will be held on Saturday the 7th of December 2024 commencing at 1:00pm sharp in the Club’s premises at Hammerli Way, Shalvey. This is a great opportunity to have your voice heard. We would love to see as many members in attendance as possible. There will be free food provided for those in attendance. At this meeting, the vacating of all offices, and the elections of persons to fill the vacancies will occur. A nomination form is being sent out with renewals, if you want to vote, it must be in the hands of the Secretary by close of business Sunday 3rd of November 2024. All Notices of Motion for inclusion in the agenda must be in writing, and sent to the Secretary before the close of business Saturday the 16th of November 2024.
